Empower Simcoe is a non-profit organization based in Barrie, Ontario, Canada. This Marketplace provides access to branded merchandise and registration for Fee For Service programs.

2. Using the Site

By accessing this site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to make purchases.

3. Product Availability & Fulfillment

All products are made to order using a third-party print-on-demand service. Fulfillment times may vary, and product availability is subject to change without notice. We strive to keep product listings up to date.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.
