Orders
How are your products made?
We partner with a Canadian print-on-demand shipper that has fulfillment facilities around the world. Depending on your location, your order will be printed and shipped from the facility best suited for efficient delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If you have any questions about tracking or delivery, feel free to contact us at website@empowersimcoe.ca.
I received a damaged or incorrect item—what should I do?
We’re so sorry your order wasn’t right. To help us resolve this quickly, please email website@empowersimcoe.ca within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item
- Your order number
We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with next steps.
Delivery
When will I receive my order?
Most items are fulfilled within 2–7 business days, then shipped. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location.
Where is my order shipped from?
We currently work with fulfillment partners located in Ontario, Canada.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
Orders are fulfilled within Canada. If shipping outside of Canada in the future, customs and tax fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
My order hasn’t arrived—what should I do?
Before contacting us, please:
- Check your shipping confirmation email to confirm your delivery address
- Visit your local post office
- Ask nearby neighbors in case the package was left with them
If everything appears correct and your order still hasn’t arrived, please email us at website@empowersimcoe.ca with your order number and we’ll be happy to assist.
If a mistake was made in the delivery address provided, we can resend your order, but additional shipping fees may apply.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Because items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s a problem with your order, please contact us at website@empowersimcoe.ca and we’ll make it right.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only available for items that are received damaged or incorrect. Please contact us with photos and your order number, and we’ll process your refund or send a replacement.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We don’t currently offer size or color exchanges. Please refer to the sizing chart available in the product description for each item before ordering.
If your item was mislabeled, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the item. We’ll replace it or issue a refund as needed.
